To anyone who's suffering depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health problems, you are not alone. I feel you. You are so brave. You are doing so well. I'm proud of you. I'm sending you a virtual hug.

I like this music and the sound of water makes me feel peaceful. Thanks for sharing it.

When I was a baby my mom would play this kind of music for me and I couldn't go to sleep without it. One night the power went out for a few minutes and the phone that played the music wouldn't turn on so my mom went back to bed. I started crying after a while and my brother, being seven at the time, stayed up all night pouring water between two cups for me so I would be able to sleep.

Your skin isn't paper, don't cut it. Your face isn't a mask, don't cover it. Your body isn't a book don't judge it. Your life isn't a movie ,don't end it. Your heart isn't a door, don't lock it.

I was skeptical at first about the Hidden Pineal Gland Activation on Shirlest, but now my intuition is sharper than ever. I’ve been experiencing vivid dreams and feeling more connected to my surroundings. Totally worth it!
